• Your email address must be valid and accessible for verification and communication purposes.

04 Deposits and Payment Methods

• Minimum deposit is RM 20 for all payment methods.

05 Withdrawal of Winnings

Gangcuci is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests promptly and efficiently. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your gangcuci account.

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 50.
• Daily and weekly withdrawal limits are set according to account tier and KYC verification status.
• KYC verification must be fully completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Bonus withdrawals can only be made once the rollover requirement has been fully met.

11 Account Termination
